Job Summary

To nurture inbound leads from online marketing mediums and convert to quality onsite appointments for the Community Sales Managers.

Duties and Responsibilities/Essential Functions

  • Respond to all email and phone leads immediately.
  • Qualify the leads based on needs.
  • Provide consistent follow up, utilizing a defined sales prospecting system, and convert leads to quality onsite appointments for the Community Sales Manager.
  • Provide information and marketing material to potential homeowners.
  • Respond to online requests through the Company’s social media sites and website.
  • Through a structured sales process, help the potential homeowner determine the best community and floor plan.
  • Utilize the CRM to maintain database of potential homeowners, to include detailed notes relevant to the homebuyers “Story.”
  • Create and deliver ongoing email campaigns.
  • Register each new potential homeowner and enter information into Sales Simplicity & NoviHome.
  • Track and report on lead activity and sales conversion ratios.
  • Update Traffic Report, daily.
  • Monitor third-party websites and online advertising.
  • Continually research and report on competition and their online activities.
  • Respond to homebuyer questions or refer to Community Sales Manager, as necessary.
  • Attend weekly sales meeting and other company meetings as scheduled, which may occur outside of normal work hours.
  • Meet weekly with Community Sales Managers to discuss prospects and relevant community details/updates needed to set expectations and convert leads to appointments.
  • Participate in training as provided by Atlantic Builders or others.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Education/Experience
  • At least 3 years of commissioned sales experience preferred
  • Proven sales results
  • Must have valid driver’s license
  • Four-year degree preferred.
  • Maintain 5-day workweek, Monday-Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm,

Skills

  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, web-based applications)
  • Office equipment (phones, photocopier, postage meter)
  • Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills
  • Strong time management, prioritization, planning and attention to detail

Abilities

  • Ability to manage a variety of tasks, effectively prioritize and ensure follow-up
  • Ability to work in a confidential manner, ensuring information is shared with internal and external individuals in an appropriate manner
  • Ability to maintain a courteous and professional demeanor in all situations

Salary:  65-70k plus commission
